Abra money transfer app review

Decided to download the app and give it a try. Just thought to share a few things so it doesn't come as surprise for other people.
If your intention is to buy bitcoin with an exchange rate that you want. You need to leave your balance in USD so you won't get a surprise exchange rate when ur bank deposits clears. What I'm trying to say is if your wallet is in BTC they will automatically convert your banks deposit to bitcoins when the funds clears, which can be good or bad. But if your deposit arrives in USD, you can choose a good timing to withdraw the USD in terms bitcoins. ( make sure you are withdrawing as bitcoin and not converting your whole wallet into bitcoin )
Pro: Innovative Idea: This money transfer method built upon bitcoin blockchains definitely get rid of all the cross border fees imposed by different governments, which makes it attractive even for ordinary people that have no idea what bitcoin is- they don't know they are picking up bitcoin backed payments. Easy to use: GUI is user friendly and bank transfer set up was easy and it doesn't require sensitive info like social security number or driver license. Con: Hidden Fee: every time you try convert your balance to a different default currency or bitcoin they charge 1% exchange rate. I'd imagine when you send USD to someone in Mexico they will charge 1% as well. Crashes: App constantly having errors on sign in and bank verification that requires backspace and retry to get things to work. Limited bank options: Only 15 banks to choose from and they do not accept micro deposits for verification. Wallet Back up: they states you can recover your wallet with BIP39 but the phrase they provide doesn't work. US Based tellers: Since Abra is claiming they are not a MSB and shifting the burden of KYC/AML to the registered tellers, for whoever plan to process a large volume, it's important to protect yourself by registering as a MSB or stay below the threshold to quality as a MSB...

Bitcoin Blockchain - Definition

What do you think about this part of a definition?

The blockchain is a decentralised data base in a distributed network

It is well known that segwit breaks the definition in the whitepaper of Bitcoin, "an electronic coin as a chain of digital signatures". So does BTC-Core even use "blockchain" technology anymore? I think if we referred to BTC-Core as the "segchain" it would be much more accurate.

According to the long standing definition of 'blockchain' on Wikipedia, Bitcoin Cash is the main chain and BlockStream's SegWit coin is an orphan chain which will most likely never be the main chain because it is 1236 blocks behind (and counting)

Changing the rules and splitting the chain is not an attack. Carrying out long reorgs definitely is an attack, since the intent is to disrupt that blockchain. The Bitcoin whitepaper also defines long reorgs as an attack carried out by dishonest miners.

A new term has just been created: Blockskeptic. Definition: a person who disapproves Bitcoin & Blockchain technology in general, without studying the subject.

In particular the most stubborn Blockskeptics are those people who are continuing to say “it’s a bubble”, since it reached 30$. They said it when we reached 1000$, then 10.000, and so on.
I created this term in my analysis article: http://www.camillopiscitelli.it/bitcoin-analisi-previsioni-2018
Unfortunately is in Italian, which is my mother tongue.
Continue spreading the world about Bitcoin revolution and even the Blockskeptics one day will realize the most extraordinary technology since the invention of the internet.
